All items must be unused in the original packaging intact and kept in the same condition as when you received it. Before returning the goods, you must first contact our customer service via Bluecostline.com.
The customer bears the return shipping costs. There is no purchase fee for unpacking. After opening, we will charge 10% of the price as the purchase fee, and we will charge 50% of the price as the purchase fee for used goods.
We will refund you within 7 working days after receiving the goods.
